Two people who aren't engineers
George was building automations inside a tech scale-up, watching them work and getting resistance anyway. So he left and started an agency, building those things for other companies instead. A few years in he reached an awkward conclusion for someone running an agency: anyone can build this.
Joey did two years in a big corporate, then spent the next stretch starting businesses and advising dozens more on growth and operations. In 2024 he set out to speak to as many small business founders and operators as he could. He's now had over a thousand of those conversations.
George was one of the calls Joey had. They ended up doing some work on partnerships together, and Joey helped George turn the agency into a training company. Neither of them planned it but it became obvious that they were looking at the same problem from two different angles. So they decided to do it together as a team, as Co-Founders.
